  • All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT at the current statuory rate.
  • The applicable price will be that shown at the time of ordering.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, ATM, Credit Card, MBWay, PayPal, Appel Pay, Google Pay.
  • Transactions are secure and payment details are processed via certified platforms.

5. Deliveries

  • Orders are processed following the confirmation of the payment.
  • Delivery times vary between 2 and 5 working days, barring stock shortages or force majeure.
  • Deliveries are made by a courier to the address provided by the customer.
  • The company accepts no liability for delays attributable to the courier services.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14th February, as currently in force, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason.

⚠️ Opened or tampered-with products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 17(e) of Decree-Law 24/2014.

7. User Account

  • Customers may register on the Website by creating a personal account.
  • They are responsible for maintaining the confidentality of their login details.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts in the event of fraudulent or abusive activity.

8. Liability
